How do I redeem my access code for Kidney Week On-Demand?

Fully paid, annual meeting participants who exchanged their voucher for an access code from a participating exhibitor in the exhibit hall can redeem their access code here.

Where is the access code located?

The access code is listed on the back of the postcard.

Can I have an extra Kidney Week On-Demand access code for a friend who couldn't attend Kidney Week?

Complimentary access is only available to fully paid annual meeting participants. Unless your friend is a fully paid annual meeting registrant, he/she won't be able to gain access. Kidney Week On-Demand is available for purchase.

How do I access BRCU Online?

Please follow these instructions to access the valuable BRCU Online content:

  1. At the top of the Learning Center homepage, click Browse Content.
  2. Select the BRCU Online activity title and year that you have access to, and then select a topic; the session titles will display.
  3. Select a session and presentation from the list. Click the presentation title or graphic/thumbnail and the player page will appear. Or download a PDF of the slides (if available) or audio MP3.
  4. Click the arrow and the presentation will begin.
  5. View the CME Info, and navigate to other related and popular presentations using the tabs on the right side.
  6. Ready to claim your CME credit? Click Claim CME and you'll go to the CME Center to claim your credits just as you have done before.

How do I purchase an activity?

The purchasing options are very flexible – click Product Details at the top of the page.

How do I search for a presentation?

You can search for presentations by session title, lecture title, or speaker name by using the search box on the top of the page. If you cannot find a presentation, it is likely that either the presentation was not selected for recording or the presenter did not provide permission to ASN to record his or her presentation. Participation in presentations online is invited but requires approval and consent from the presenter.

How do I get another receipt for my purchase?

You should have received an email receipt at time of purchase from ASN. Please check your inbox and spam folder for your receipt from ASN or American Society of Nephrology. If you still need a receipt, please contact ASN Education via e-mail at education@asn-online.org.

Why are some presentations from the live meetings not available in the online program?

Presentations displayed in the online programs are available only with the speakers’ consent.

How do I access the videos on my mobile device?

To access the videos on your iPhone®, iPad® or Android™ mobile device, please enter this URL from your browser www.asn-online.org. Next, click Log In, enter your email address and password, and then select Browse Content, Select the Activity, Session and then a Presentation. Then, click the presentation thumbnail graphic. This will launch the video of that presentation on your mobile device.

How can I get an icon for this content on my iPhone or iPad?
